2. Check Your Government Grant Eligibility
You may be eligible for financial assistance through the First Home Owner Grant, Stamp Duty Concession or other incentives. These could help with your deposit, reduce costs, and fast-track your move.
3. Choose Your House & Land Package
Explore our master planned community and select from a curated range of house and land packages on a level builder friendly, elevated lot’s offered in partnership with trusted local and national builders.
4. Engage a Conveyancing Solicitor
Having the right legal support helps you navigate contracts and ensures a smooth process from contract signing to settlement.
5. Secure Your House & Land Package with a deposit on your land

6. Sign Your Land & Build Contracts
