Favourable weather conditions in recent weeks have seen major works progressing at pace across the site and key upgrades to Taylors Road also now well advanced, with sewer works now complete and stormwater installation now underway.
Base slab pours for the first culverts on Kinross Drive are also complete with culvert placement and sealing scheduled in the coming weeks.
Retaining walls and bulk earthworks are largely complete for the first stages of the community, with more than 100 home sites expected to be completed by late October.
Crews from Shadforth Civil are powering ahead and getting ready to ready to install the first services for the project with waterway earthworks now underway.
