1. Submission Timing:

• No EOI forms will be accepted before 9:00 am on 31/05/2025.

2. Submission Method:

• Submit EOI forms via email to sales@highlandwalloon.com.au.

3. EOI Form Requirements:

• Fully completed form, including:
  • Full names, including middle names.
  • Full contact details for each buyer (individual and unique email addresses and phone numbers).
  • Finance pre-approval attached.

• The EOI must be submitted by the potential buyer(s), not a third party.
• Email subject line: “Highland Walloon EOI – [Your Name] – Lot [Lot #]”.

4. EOI Deposit (once EOI is confirmed):

• Once the Highland Walloon team confirms your EOI, we will then request you send your $2,000 EOI deposit to the account below and email the remittance advice to sales@highlandwalloon.com.au.
• Email subject line: “Highland Walloon EOI Deposit – [Your Name] – Lot [Lot #]”.
